Refunds

Digital content is delivered immediately. When you buy access to a text, a section or a dataset, you can read it at once. By completing the purchase you ask for immediate delivery; where the law gives a withdrawal right for digital content, it ends when delivery starts.

We refund when: the content you bought is materially different from its description or preview; it was removed because it infringed someone's rights; you were charged twice for the same purchase (our systems are built to prevent this; if it happens we refund the duplicate in full); a manual order (service or research) was not delivered by the seller within the agreed time or 30 days.

How: write to aabscnonprofit@gmail.com or report the item, with the purchase id from your account. Card refunds go back to the card through Stripe (the original processing fee is not returned by Stripe). Credit purchases are refunded to credit. USDC purchases collected by GAKN are refunded on-chain to the paying wallet. USDC paid directly to a seller's wallet is between buyer and seller; we will help by contacting the seller and may remove listings of sellers who do not cooperate.

Effect. A full refund ends access to the purchased content. A partial refund keeps access.

Chargebacks. If you dispute a card payment with your bank, access is suspended while the dispute is open and restored if it is resolved in the seller's favour.

Prepaid credit is not refundable as cash except when you close your account, when unused credit is refunded to the original payment method where possible.
