We respect copyright and respond to notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512) and similar laws.

To send a notice, use /report (kind "copyright") or email aabscnonprofit@gmail.com with: your name and contact details; identification of the work; the GAKN URL or item id of the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed by mistake, reply to the decision with: identification of the material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where GAKN may be found); and your signature. We may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the claimant files suit.

External sources. Material from external sources is shown only as metadata, a short excerpt and a link. To have it changed at the source, contact that source; we will remove the excerpt from GAKN on a valid notice.

Paid items. When a paid item is removed for infringement, its offers are switched off. Sales disputed on infringement grounds may be refunded to buyers.

Designated agent. GAKN's DMCA agent registration with the US Copyright Office is pending; until it is listed, send notices to the address above.
