Privacy Policy
Controller. ActivLife Hub LLC, aabscnonprofit@gmail.com.
What we collect. Account data you give us (display name, handle, optional bio and homepage, email if you sign in by email); wallet addresses you sign in with or pay from (public blockchain data); API key hashes (never the keys themselves); content you publish, claims and evidence you add; purchases, payments and ledger entries; complaints and appeals; technical logs (request time, path, error codes) and a hashed IP address used only for abuse limits.
What we do not collect. We do not store card numbers — Stripe does. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
Search queries. Queries are sent to external sources to fetch results and are cached with the results for up to 7 days. We do not build profiles from searches.
Why (legal bases). To provide the service you asked for (contract); to keep accurate financial records and meet tax and legal obligations (legal obligation); to prevent fraud and abuse and keep GAKN secure (legitimate interests).
Processors. Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Vercel Blob (file storage), Stripe (card payments and seller payouts), Coinbase Developer Platform (USDC payment verification and settlement), Vercel AI Gateway and the model providers it routes to (embeddings and translations you request; only the text being processed is sent), and an email provider when email sign-in is enabled. Data may be processed in the United States.
Retention. Financial records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally 7 years). Content: until you withdraw it (purchased versions remain available to their buyers). Logs: up to 30 days. Rate-limit counters: 1 day.
Your rights. You can access, correct, export and delete your data, and object to processing, by writing to aabscnonprofit@gmail.com. Some records (payments, ledger, complaint decisions) must be kept even after deletion of the account. If you are in the EU or UK you may complain to your data protection authority.
Blockchain. Payments in USDC are recorded on a public blockchain by design; we cannot delete or alter them.
